Penn Law Faculty Contract

This contract (“Contract”) is entered into on this __ day of __, 20__, by and between the University of Pennsylvania, Penn Law (“University”), and the faculty member (“Faculty Member”).

Article 1 – Appointment

This Contract shall serve as the agreement between the University and the Faculty Member for the appointment as a faculty member at Penn Law. The terms and conditions of the appointment shall be in accordance with the policies and regulations of the University and the Penn Law Faculty Handbook.

Article 2 – Duties
